The Manas National park is a famous wildlife parks to visit while you are in Assam. This is another world heritage site declared by UNESCO besides the Kaziranga National Park. The park timings for tourists are from 8:00 hours to 17:00 hours in the evening. For safari the timings are from Morning: 9:00 hours to 12:00 hours and in the evening from 14:00 hours to 17:00 hours. An entry fee of twenty rupees is required for Indians while for foreigners it is two fifty rupees. Expect to shell out one twenty rupees for jeep safary if you are an Indian national and rupees seven fifty if you are a foreigner.
